Once you accept an offer, the buyer typically has a period to satisfy conditions — financing approval, home inspection, and any other negotiated terms. We manage this timeline closely.

Conditions are waived — the deal is now legally binding. The buyer’s lender arranges an appraisal, and we coordinate any agreed-upon repairs.
